Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
We identify in a structured way the risks associated with industrial processes in sectors such as chemical, energy and process, establishing prevention and control measures from the early stages of the project.
HAZID - Hazard Identification
We perform qualitative and agile analyses, with multidisciplinary teams, especially indicated in conceptual or basic engineering phases, to detect potential hazards early on.
HAZOP - Risk and Operability Analysis
We evaluate in detail, node by node, the possible deviations of the design and operation. This methodology is applied in basic and detailed engineering as well as in operational phases, improving the safety and efficiency of the process.
Consequence calculation and modeling
We develop quantitative models of accident scenarios -fires, explosions and toxic clouds- using specialized software such as PHAST or EFFECTS, analyzing their impact on people, facilities and environment.
ACR - Quantitative Risk Analysis
We analyze scenarios, probabilities and frequencies of وقوع of accidents, representing the results in curves and risk profiles that facilitate decision making.
Vulnerability and domino effect studies.
We evaluate the possible consequences on own or neighboring facilities in the event of major accidents, in compliance with SEVESO regulations, identifying propagation risks.
FMEA / FMECA - Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
We systematically identify potential failures of equipment and systems, prioritizing them according to their criticality, impact and maintenance needs.
LOPA - Layer of Protection Analysis
We perform semi-quantitative residual risk assessments to determine the need for additional layers of protection, including Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
SIL determination and verification
We define the level of risk reduction required and verify that the Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) meet the integrity levels necessary to prevent accidents in industrial processes.
