VERDE is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and European strategies, including the Level(s) methodology and the requirements of the European Taxonomy in its criteria.

GREEN Building Certification 2022 offers a comprehensive evaluation of sustainability in buildings, promoting responsible practices in line with European guidelines on sustainable construction.

GREEN certification process:
- Select a GREEN Accredited Assessor (AA): At Eurocontrol we are accredited assessors and we will assist you in the evaluation of your building.
- Register the building: Register your project on the GBCe platform to start the certification process.
- Technical evaluation: The EA will carry out a detailed evaluation and send the results to the GBCe technical department for supervision.
- Obtaining the pre-certificate: After supervision, a pre-certificate will be awarded in the project phase.
- Final certificate: Once the work is finished, the final certificate is requested, which includes the evaluation of the construction phase and the issuance of the certificate and the corresponding GREEN plaque.
