Business activity coordination

The coordination of business activities (CAE) involves analysing and preventing the risks that may be caused by the interaction of different activities that may be carried out simultaneously on the same site, to ensure that all participating companies and workers are aware of and comply with their health and safety obligations.

Building Quality Control Body (BQC)

We are a Building Quality Control Entity to comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 410/2010, of March 31, and whose purpose is the Quality Assurance adopted in the Technical Building Control Activity in accordance with the Law 38/1999 of November 5 on Construction Planning.
