What is

Regulatory inspection of gaseous installations and equipment?

The safety conditions and inspection schedule for gaseous fuel installations and equipment are set out in Royal Decree 919/2006 of 28 July 2006, which approves the technical regulations for the distribution and use of gaseous fuels and its complementary technical instructions ICG 01 to 11, and ensure that the installations comply with the necessary technical requirements and are maintained in good condition.

Eurocontrol also offers the possibility of carrying out the initial inspection and periodic pressure tests using the acoustic emission procedure, a faster and less aggressive non-destructive test. Eurocontrol is the first company in Spain to be accredited as a testing laboratory for this type of test.

Eurocontrol technicians are experts in the inspection of all types of gaseous fuel installations.
