It is the employer's responsibility to minimize possible risks to which workers may be exposed and, therefore, ensure that all new or used machinery, apparatus, instruments or installations used in a workplace comply with the construction , reconverted and protected in such a way that the adequacy requirements established in Royal Decree 1215/1997, of July 18, which establishes the minimum health and safety provisions for the use by workers of equipment of worked.
