Throughout our more than 15 years of experience, we have carried out more than 100 sustainability certificates, for residential and non-residential buildings, with the aim of minimising energy, water and waste generation consumption and maximising the comfort and well-being of users, thanks to the design of the building, the installations and the use of materials with low environmental impact.

LEED - Certification of sustainable buildings

LEED certification is the world's most widely used green building rating system and a symbol of sustainability leadership. WELL certification was developed in the United States by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in 2013. It has subsequently evolved into what is now known as WELL v2, which was launched in 2020.
